Where did it all start?

My name is Sarah, and like many geoscientists, I chose my career path out of love for the science. I landed jobs at two major energy firms, and I spent over 25 years as a geoscientist and leader. And over the years, I found myself navigating role transitions, burnout, and uncertainty about where the industry was going and what my role in it would be.

That journey led me to get focused about career alignment for geoscientists. I’ve since helped others uncover what really matters to them, package their unique blend of technical and professional skills, and confidently design and pursue roles that align with both their values and their financial goals.

Now, I coach geoscientists from all industries who are ready to stop settling and start owning their careers with clarity, strategy, and a strong sense of purpose.
