COACHING BASED CAREER DEVELOPMENT 

My program includes both advising and coaching.

The advising portion covers the mechanics -- the job search and career-build tactics -- delivered through an online course you can move through at your own pace. The coaching portion is the core of the program: a reflective thinking partnership to test your assumptions and assist in your growth.

Together, we'll talk about your values, your strengths, your skills and your reality. Your perspective on yourself will shift during our time together, and it will all be because of what you discover, not because of anything I tell you.
