COACHING BASED CAREER DEVELOPMENT 

My program focuses on reflective coaching.

While there is a "consulting" portion (the mechanics of the job search or career build), the core of the entire program revolves around socratic coaching practices.

You and I will spend time talking about you, your values, your strengths, your skills and your reality. Your perspective on YOU will shift during our time together, and it will all be because of what you discover about yourself.

Working with me, you'll learn to listen to that still, small voice inside of you that knows what you want.

PILLAR 1: CAREER CLARITY

We’ll clarify your ideal career path by aligning your values, strengths and geoscience career background. We’ll re-discover what you want to do with your geoscience skills and identify what you need from an employer. We’ll use your network to explore and to land a role, whether in your current industry or in a new one.

PILLAR 2: YOUR BRAND

No matter if you are staying where you are or decide to look for a new role, your Brand is your story. We’ll reframe your geoscience and transferable skills into a compelling narrative that positions you as a problem solver. We’ll use this to craft standout resumes and a LinkedIn profile tailored to your target company or industry.

PILLAR 3: NETWORKING

Your network is your career superpower. We’ll conduct a network audit and identify gaps. Then we’ll build a networking strategy to identify key contacts and engage intentionally on LinkedIn. You gain advocates, uncover hidden roles and gain visibility in your area of expertise. If you are applying for jobs, your network fast-tracks your job search.

PILLAR 4: INTERVIEWING AND NEGOTIATING 

Whether you’re preparing for a job interview or advocating for a promotion, you'll reframe your achievements in a way that connects. We’ll create a visual portfolio, shape a pitch that feels authentic, and role-play telling your story in interviews. You'll master salary and promotion conversations—both with prospective employers and with your current manager—to secure offers that match your worth.
